FORTS by Katie Venit is a lyrical exploration of finding a fort – a safe and comfortable place. The illustrations by Kenard Pak create inviting and magical scenes as a little girl explores the possibility of forts that are wild and forts that can be found in her own house and yard.
FORTS is comforting while inspiring imagination and the possibility of finding ones own fort.
